Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including:

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and product availability:
Major Cities: 2–4 working days
Other Cities / Remote Areas: 4–7 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier workload, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Delivery location
Shipping fee (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions on selected products or order amounts.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We support Cash on Delivery for most areas in Pakistan.
Please ensure your phone number is active for the courier to contact you at the time of delivery.
For high-value or customized items, we may require advance payment.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

7. Incorrect, Delayed or Failed Delivery
If your parcel is:

Marked delivered but not received

We will investigate with the courier and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
8. Undeliverable Orders

Delivery refused
